All personal expenses including hotel room service and meals are not included in the tour; however, you have the option to pay for meals that tour guide arranges.
Meal stops are arranged by your tour guide, while on tour, at various buffet areas, food courts and fast food restaurants. The average cost of meals is $10-$15 per person, per meal, depending on what the person orders at each meal stop.
Please note: Admission to West Grand Canyon with a lunch is $80.00/person above 2 (This fee must be paid on tour.)

Hi! I'm interested in the 7 days bus tour package from LA/SF/Vegas/LA (Tour2-130). However I'm wondering whether I can extend a night in SF. That is, if I were to leave on the 20th of May trip. I will be in SF on the 21st.(2nd day of tour)Can I have an extension on the 3rd day on my own(22nd May) and rejoin the other tour on the 23rd for their 3rd day of the bus tour itinerary. This will mean that I'm joining the other group tour that starts in LA on the 21st and continue the rest of my journey with them. There will be 4 of us who are interested in extending our stay in SF. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks!
Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day. Unfortunately you may not be able to self dismiss in the beginning or middle of the tour, as the set up of our tours is that the group stay together for transporting.
To re-join the tour you would have to arrange your own transportation, and attempt to catch up to where the tour is at that time. If the itinerary were to adjust in anyway, you may not be able to join the tour, as you would be arranging your own transportation at that point.
We would suggest possibly combining shorter tours for example:
Begin this 5-Day Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Yosemite, San Francisco Tour which dismisses in San Francisco:
Hi,
I'd like to book tour 205-5642 with start date the 2nd of Apr 13 for two. Please advise availability and the size of luggage that I can take with the tour. Would the normal 23 kg luggage ok? If not , can we leave it at your office? Thanks
Regards,
Phuong
Currently April 13 is an available operating date.
We encourage you to place your reservations in for our tour packages as soon as you're decided, as booking closer to the tour's departure date increases the risk of non-availability of the seats for your desired tour's travel date.
We recommend 2 pieces of standard sized baggage (maximum) for each passenger due to the load limitations of the tour coaches.
Unfortunately, we do not provide an area where you can leave your luggage at an office.

When updated, my total shows $2034. The comment under "How Did We Get This Total?" says "if you have booked a hotel room before or after your tour, the price of your
hotel room(s) has also been calculated below". What does that mean?
A friend of mine who resides in the US would be making the reservations. I guess thats possible.
The additional attributes cost of $738.00 is the cost for the admission to the national park(s) and three theme parks.
For this tour, the cost of the theme parks is $246.00 per person.
The note that reads: "if you have booked a hotel room before or after your tour, the price of your hotel room(s) has also been calculated below". simply means that if you opted to add on any pre or post tour extensions to your reservation, the cost of the extensions will be included in the total quote.

I would like to know which package should I use if 5 of us are following your tour for 3 days Grand Canyon & Las Vegas Bus Tour (Tour Code: 2-232)& 3 days San Francisco & Yosmite Bus Tour (Tour Code 5-189. Should we use the 2@@plush;1 Buy 2 Free 1 package.
Thank you.
Both tours offer Buy 2 get 1 free on a share room basis. Since there is 5 of you in total you will have to get 2 room because there are only 4 people to a room max.
You can also consider booking a 7 day tour package which includes the sightseeing for the two 3 day tours you are interested in adding on 1 day to offer transfers in from LAX.
Hi! I have a few questions:
I am from India & I intend taking this tour starting 30-Apr-13. My wife and daughter (12 years) would be accompanying me.
1) while the price for tour 11-11477 shows $598 (buy 2 get 1 free), the 'Easy book' section indicates $1296 or $648/guest. Is the difference between $648 and $598, the 'admission fee' for the 3rd guest?
2) When updated, my total shows $2034. The comment under "How Did We Get This Total?" says "if you have booked a hotel room before or after your tour, the price of your hotel room(s) has also been calculated below". What does that mean?
3) I plan on arriving there on 30-Apr-13. I suppose you will drop us off at the airport (if its during the 8am-10pm period). I would leave LA on 9-May-13 (again, after 10:30 pm). Here again, i suppose you will drop us off at the airport.
4) The heading reads "Disneyland/San Diego". So, do i have the option of taking either Disneyland or San Diego? If not, is there an option to forego San Diego and choose something else instead?
5) A friend of mine who resides in the US would be making the reservations. I guess thats possible.
6) I havent booked my air tickets yet. So, will you request flight information at a later point in time to arrange my hotel and airport transfers during the start and end of my tour?
Please let me know so that i could proceed.
Regards,
Ramesh
1. The Easy book Section already calculates if you put 3 adults, the buy 2 get 1 free promotion. On a share room basis and the seat on the bus is free for the third guest. However you will also be paying for the admissions fee for the theme parks and National Parks as well with the package. The total cost covers your admission fee for theme parks, National Parks, seat on the tour bus, and hotel.
2. The notification that reads: "if you have booked a hotel room before or after your tour, the price of your hotel room(s) has also been calculated below" generally means that the easy book section will quote the total amount including extension prices if you choose to add on any hotel extensions to your reservation.
3. The transfers in from LAX and out to LAX will be available for the first and last days of the tour.
4. You will get to go to both theme parks the only one you would have to choose from is either Disneyland or California Adventures.
5. Reservations can be made on our website from any computer that has access to the internet.
6. We recommend to make your reservation first before booking your flight information once we have confirmed your reservation then we will ask for your flight information.
We are 3 people traveling in May, willing to share only one room. I see that there is a triple occupancy price which is $274. So is this the total price we have to pay for the package for all three of us (excluding the other tour fees listed in the package exclusion) ?
How is it different/similar from the buy 2 get 1 free offer?
The price it shows in the calendar dates for triple occupancy is $274 per/person. In the Easy Book section if you put 3 guest the total already adds everything along with the offered Buy 2 get 1 Free promotion.
The only difference is that you will be paying an additional hotel fee for the third guest. You will also have to pay as well as the free guest anything the package excludes and you can find that in the pricing tab.
I'm interested in your tour of 3 days grand canyon & las vegas (code 2-232) May I know the nearest pick up and drop off point as I stay at City Park Apartment, Los Angeles 90089-1142. May I know how long it will take to reach the pick up and drop off point from where I stay. Thank you.
